Earvin graduated as Valedictorian of his high school class in Houston, TX, and continued his education by studying Biochemistry at the University of Texas at Austin and law at the University of Houston Law Center.

Ms. Ghafoor has been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since 2011 and in the State of Louisiana since 2005. With over 18 years of experience, her extensive expertise covers personal injury, insurance litigation, business litigation, and transactional work for multimillion-dollar companies. Ms. Ghafoor's current practice is centered on complex civil and commercial litigation and China practice at various levels of state and federal court, including appeals.

Ethan Zhang joined MOSAIC Paradigm Law Group, PC. as a law clerk in the summer of 2019 and later became an associate attorney in 2021. Originally from Changsha, China, Ethan moved to the United States to attend Colby College, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, focusing on international relations and political science. He then moved to Georgia to attend law school at Mercer University School of Law.
