Fan is the Founder and President of MOSAIC Paradigm Law Group, PC (“MOSAIC”). With more than fifteen (15) years of extensive legal experience, Fan has represented hundreds of companies in a wide range of Labor & Employment, Corporate, and Immigration matters.
Fan is frequently invited to speak on various employment, corporate and immigration subjects, such as HR training, Wage & Hour, Corporate Governance, and Government Compliance. The corporate clients represented by Fan comprise a broad range of industries, including oil and gas, fine chemicals, real estate, construction, manufacturing, renewable energy, hospitality, medical device, and engineering. His corporate clientele includes dozens of large companies from China.
Before MOSAIC Paradigm Law Group, Fan co-founded another fast-growing firm in Houston, Texas in 2011. As Managing Partner, he co-developed the firm’s Civil Litigation Section and created the China Practice Section from the ground up. Under his leadership, the firm has settled or won for clients millions of dollars in various state and federal litigation cases, including breach of contract, business dissolution, investment fraud, trade secrets, and international trade disputes.
