Xiaozhou Liu (Crystal Liu Foster) came to Houston from Nanjing, China, in 2008. She holds B.S. degrees in Education from China and US in her capacity as Senior Executive Assistant at MOSAIC Paradigm Law Group. Crystal enthusiastically applies her bilingual skills to assist clients with all types of legal projects. In her spare time, Crystal is passionate about using her bilingual skills with children to share the many facets of Chinese culture with the younger generation.
